Security Deposit - $200 to be paid prior to arrival. The deposit may be more for stays of more than 1 week. Please e-mail for instructions.
You will need your proof of deposit receipt at time of check in.
Full payment due at time of check in.
Payment: Cashier Check, US Money Order, Cash (credit card payments must be made ahead of time, call or e-mail for instructions)
Cancellations must be received no later than 1 week prior to check in date in order to receive a refund. For stays of a month, cancellations must be received no later than 1 month prior to check in date in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will be mailed within one week after cancellation is received.
Check in 2pm unless different arrangements are approved prior to arrival.
